Questback Maintenance in Progress

As part of our commitment to delivering an exceptional service we are required to carry out technical maintenance from time to time. On this occasion we are undertaking a significant upgrade which will require us to take the service offline.

To minimize the impact of this we will be carrying out this work in late night hours. The dates and times for this maintenance are shown below:

to 22:00 CEST Wednesday 4th of March 2026

During this period, the Questback Essentials service and responses to surveys will be unavailable for 1 hour.
